Once it has been analysed, a memorandum of work including the action steps and specific queries for the next communication are sent to the client.  
  2. Communication through telephone conference. Aspects derived from the memorandum of work are discussed. The result allows for the preparation of a Project Chart that will contain all the terms of the market development project. 

Project`s Design :

It includes the three following activities:

  • Delivery of the Project Chart.
  • Definition of the sales argument. Delivery for approval. This will enable to develop the communication strategy to be applied for new contacts.
  • Definition of strategy and tactics for the marketing management and its delivery for approval.

Project’s Execution:

This third phase includes:

  1. Market research disclosure and contact list development.
  2. Marketing activation telephone calls in the client’s language. Periodic report delivery. A permanent communication channel with a designated speaker is available for interacting in accordance with new contacts’ feedback.
  3. Commercial Follow-up until a concrete definition of the prospective client is achieved. Marketing strategies are applied for the closing of business.
