We know how difficult assuming a commercial role without knowledge preparation and expertise of the sales area is. However, we are prepared for doing it, and we have developed a specific methodology for assisting the commercial departments in their export function.

We use an active methodology that respects the traditional stages of a business project. As our final methodology objective is the project success, we define actions in a clear way and the hand-outs of each stage, as well as the global scope, reflecting these points in the plan of all the tasks involved.
